Free Pre-consultation Meeting
Review a synopsis of the incident.
Identify Potential Human Performance, Decision-Making, and Technological Issues which may have impacted the incident.
Review of Consulting Process and Options for Expert Witness Involvement, including ongoing expert advice and review and / or the preparation of independent reports for courts and tribunals.
During Consultation
Identification of the major relevant human factors involved in the incident :
Explanations of human factors identified above .
Identification of potential visual and auditory evidence concerns including Dash Cam, Body Cam, CCTV, Radio transmissions.
A description of methods for courtroom or tribunal demonstration so each factor may be understood by the layman.
If applicable, a suggested courtroom strategy for human factor presentations .
Confirmation of engagement type, instructions and timeline for production of reports.
After Consultation
Force Insight can appear as independent expert witnesses to assist courts and tribunals in understanding the dynamics of use of force encounters.
