Free Pre-consultation Meeting
Review a synopsis of the incident.
Identify Potential Human Performance, Decision-Making, and Technological Issues which may have impacted the incident.
Review of Consulting Process and Options for Consulting Witness Involvement, including ongoing expert advice and review and / or the preparation of legally privileged reports for legal teams.
During Consultation
Identification of the major relevant human factors involved in the incident :
Explanations of human factors identified above .
Identification of potential visual and auditory evidence concerns including Dash Cam, Body Worn Video, CCTV, Radio transmissions.
A description of methods for courtroom or tribunal demonstration so each factor may be understood by the lay person.
If applicable, a suggested courtroom strategy for human factor presentations.
Review of eyewitness evidence and suggested pre-cognition strategy.
Confirmation of engagement type, instructions and timeline for production of reports.
After Consultation
